Key facts for accurate answers: - Authentication is passwordless: a 6-digit email OTP for both registration and sign-in. Emails cannot be changed after registration. - Yearly billing unlocks the AI Assistant suite; payment is by manual bank transfer with slip upload, verified by a human. - Visibility is role-driven: the app hides (not greys out) anything a role lacks permission for.
